Depending on the apartment, check-in takes place as follows:
- at the address of a given apartment, a service person will be waiting for you at the previously agreed time
- in our office at 2 Syrokomli Street. The building also houses Martini Apartments
- independent check-in - after paying the deposit and the rest of the stay fee, you will receive instructions on where the keys are prepared on the premises.
The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. and check-in is possible from this time. If you wish to check in earlier, please contact us by phone. Check-out is until 11:00 on the last day.
In case of arrival after 18:00, please call us to arrange how to collect the keys. They will be prepared in a safe deposit box in our office.
